Details: Amazon.de A different take on the story of Robinson Crusoe: In Eric Maltaite's interpretation, he is not a man, but a beautiful girl who is shipwrecked on a deserted island and is completely on her own. The young Robinsonne resigns herself to her fate and makes a home for herself on the island with the few resources she can salvage from the sunken ship. But it quickly turns out that cannibals occasionally visit the island to perform strange rituals. One day, when the cannibals reappear on the island, Robinsonne manages to save a native girl from them. Robinsonne, of course, names the girl Friday and soon teaches her her language and all sorts of other useful things. But secretly, Robinsonne is waiting for a man... Oops, Carlsen Verlag has once again brought a beautiful erotic album to the market! After the great success of Pinocchia, it was only natural to publish more material in that direction. With the French artist Eric Maltaite, they have also made a very good catch. Eric Maltaite is the son of the legendary comic artist Willy Maltaite alias Will, who passed away in 2000. But Eric, born in 1958, can also boast some successes: Carmen L'Amour in Congo together with Stephen Desberg in the 90s, or Mono Jim. Unfortunately, both titles are no longer available. Robinsonne was a huge success when it was released in France, and so Eric Maltaite decided to continue in this direction. His current project is called Aladina and interprets the stories from 1001 Nights in a very similar way to the present work. I am curious to see what else the artist will present to us in the future. Artistically, he is certainly among the best currently offered on the comic market. If you were already hooked on Pinocchia, you definitely can't miss this album! --Stefan Schätz
